We have limited equipment you can borrow, otherwise we require 16oz gloves and shinpads as well as a mouthguard. Groin guards are also recommended for safety for men.
If you do not have a mouthguard, rounds will be without head contact

Forza Jiu Jitsu is located in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Ashfield directly across Ashfield Mall on Liverpool Road.
We are easily accessible by the Sydney public transport system with direct access from buses and Ashfield train station a short walk away. We have members from Ashbury, Balmain, Bexley, Burwood, Croydon and Summer Hill and other surrounding suburbs who all find our location extremely convenient.
Parking is easy with Ashfield Mall free parking directly across the road (2 hours free parking). Thre are also council parking options (3 hours free) located on the rooftop of Ashfield Mall (access via Holden Street) and two council underground parking on Brown Street opposite the train station.
