Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) classes are separated by age groups, 6-9 years and 10-14 years to give children suitable training partners their age and size. Kids will learn to interact with other children and coaches and learn new fun and exciting skills.

Adults BJJ classes are broken up into Beginners and Fundamentals.
Beginners classes are suitable for those of any skill level but more for those brand new to the sport teaching the basics and self defense skills and techniques. Classes are shorter at 45 minutes and designed to teach a small section of Jiu Jitsu each class, allowing new students to not be overwhelmed.

Fundamentals classes are for everyone with more emphasis on the sport side of BJJ with many more techniques, classes run from 60 to 90 minutes and include free rolling (sparring) rounds.
We have multiple adults Gi and Nogi (without the uniform) classes throughout the week to suit everyone's preferences, although we recommend you train them both!

Our Adults kickboxing classes are for beginners teaching the basic skills of kickboxing, from strikes such as punches, kicks, knees to clinching and footwork to be able to correctly utilize the techniques. The classes are great for beginners as well as the more experienced as it allows them to refine their basic skills to a higher level.

Kickboxing sparring classes teach students to apply their basic skills of kickboxing against a resisting and moving partner. Students require their own equipment with appropriate sized gloves (16oz or 12oz), shinguards, mouth guards and groin guards. The class runs with restricted rounds of sparring, allowing students to develop specific skills, techniques and timing in a safe manner, as well as free open rounds at the end.

Open mat sessions are free for all members, allowing for students to utilize the gym space and train to their own pace. All styles can be practiced.

Private lessons are also available at request, subject to coaches availability.
